A dining hall located on the first floor of the Living building, open all day from breakfast to dinner. For breakfast and lunch, enjoy wholesome set meals crafted with seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and fishermen. It also serves as a café for casual visits. In the evening, savor dishes carefully fire-grilled over wood, made with the freshest ingredients, as you unwind in a relaxed atmosphere. Born from the idea of rethinking how coffee is grown, Overview Coffee is a specialty roaster committed to regenerating the soil and creating a more sustainable future for coffee and the planet. At the Setoda Roastery — the brand’s first roasting base in Japan — beans are carefully roasted to bring out their natural character, while the space itself offers opportunities to experience coffee in new and inspiring ways. Tastings, workshops, and seasonal events invite guests to connect more deeply with the stories behind each cup.
